Thank you for giving us an opportunity to serve you. We will
work to make quality our main goal in our production of nursery stock.
Please feel free to call or visit our nursery.
Please Note: When corresponding please use your printed
business letterheads, as it is our policy to limit the distribution of our
price list to wholesale buyers only. We do not quote wholesale prices to retail
prices.
All Shipments travel at the risk and expense of
purchaser. Terms are cash net 30 days to
established customers. New customers
must show cash security or satisfactory reference before shipment will be made.
Accounts that are overdue will be assessed 1 1/2% monthly or an 18% annual
service charge. Prices are f.o.b.

We, at Jackson Nursery, pride ourselves in exercising the
greatest care in keeping our varieties true to name. However, we give no warranty, express or
implied as to description, productiveness, or any other matter of any nursery
stock we sell. We will not be liable for
more than the invoice value at the time to circumstances beyond our
control. Claims must be made within 10
days after receipt of stock. If you do not plan to pick up stock at the
nursery, please specify method of shipment.
Boxing and packing is at cost.
WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE UNDER ANY CONDITIONS FOR THE
LIVABILITY OF THE PLANTS WE SHIP.
